The location – a couple of tens of meters from Grivita Lake, in an area where nature rules over the constructed spaces – as well as the client’s personality were the key starting points for the architectural design.

The surrounding water, the plot shape and the urban rules led to a compact volume, whereas the finishes, the light and the spatial configuration create a Mediterranean atmosphere.
