Bucharest Anual Architecture Nomination for Projects (2010)
The height of the bulding gradually increases from the street of Bishop Radu towards the back of the lot through a cascade of triangular plans that lead to the traditional roofing. The successive retirement of the building from P + 4 to the street facade to P + 8 towards the back creates a terrace chain that enjoys a panoramic view of Bucharest's old fabric and gives the last levels tenants the feeling of "living in the attic" , intimacy and "individual home".
