The project is a conversion of the existing office building into a three star hotel. This is the first Moxy Hotel in Romania, a brand developed by Marriott for millennials, a space of playfulness, lively interaction and comfort. Public spaces exude a living room atmosphere, where daytime zones are naturally combined: the bar, the dining room, the work area and the relaxation and game lounge. Place specificity is recalled through the interior design, themed "Miorita", a traditional Romanian creation. The furniture, accessories and wall-art are infused with these specific cultural elements.
