The project Courtyard by Marriott is located in the heart of Pipera business center. The story of the brand is integrated with the story of the place. This local feel is inspired by a decorative element in traditional Romanian ceramics. Separation of the functions generated the facade materiality and permeability degree with the exterior.
The facade dynamics ranges from to lively to calm. The space aesthetic is minimal and well lit, defined by formal cleanliness and simplicity. We aimed towards breeding familiarity through design, finding iconic traditional Romanian elements and patterns into an international brand imagery.
